john kanzius, usa, found a way to ignite and burn salt water using a radio frequency machine. the energy release is in fact hydrogen. the heat [1650 °C] breaks down the hydrogen-oxygen bond in the water. you can take plain salt water out of the sea and put it in containers and produce a violent flame that could heat generators that do make electricity or provide other forms of energy.
