swift's rooftop wind energy system is a wind turbine system for personal use and comes to rooftops in july 2008. this design uses an outer ring to diffuse air flow from five blades, minimises noise to 35 decibels [less noise than generated by whisper conversation], and can generate up to 2000 kwh annually.
