yesterday, images of an uncontacted amazonian tribe [ 1 ], that was photographed from a helicopter, went around the world. the tribe members attacked the helicopter with bow and arrow as if it was a bird.
this is a unique opportunity: what would happen if, instead of a human researcher to make contact, we first send in a humanoid robot, like asimo? how will they react? will it be a god to them, an extraterrestrial or will they just have a serious bellyache afterwards...?
